Hula hoop

I love to hula hoop since young..i can keep spinning the hula hoop on my waist for uncountable times but don't know any other tricks of hula hooping!!..such a shame..i tried a few tricks, like spinning the hula hoop from waist to my hand, knee to all the way up to my body..not much success though..



I have no idea, how on earth they do all the spinning from toe to head and head back to toe!!..FREAK!!..the hula hoop gave me bruises around my knees!.. =/
